Warranty Service & Customer Care
When Questions Arise, We're Here to Listen.
A Vehicle Purchase Is a Beginning, Not Just a Transaction.
At Orozco Auto Sales, we understand how important dependable transportation is to everyday life.
Your vehicle helps you get to work, care for your family, attend appointments, and manage the responsibilities that matter most.
When an unexpected vehicle concern arises, we know it can be frustrating.
Our approach is to listen respectfully, explain the appropriate process, and address qualifying warranty concerns in accordance with our obligations.
Clear Communication. Responsible Service. Respect for Every Customer.
Our Warranty Service Process
Know What to Expect When You Contact Us
If you experience a concern that you believe may qualify for warranty service, our team will help explain the next steps.
Step 1 — Tell Us What's Happening
Contact Orozco Auto Sales and describe the concern, including any unusual sounds, warning indicators, or changes in vehicle performance.
Please provide your vehicle information, current mileage, and the approximate date the issue began.
Step 2 — Coordinate an Evaluation
Our team will discuss how and when the vehicle can be evaluated.
Appointment availability may vary depending on the nature of the concern and our service schedule.
We generally aim to respond to scheduling requests within 24–48 hours during normal business operations, although this is an administrative estimate rather than a guarantee or limitation of warranty rights.
Step 3 — Inspect the Reported Concern
Our service team will evaluate the reported issue and determine the appropriate course of action based on the vehicle's condition, the findings, applicable warranty provisions, and Arizona law.
Step 4 — Explain the Next Steps
We will communicate the relevant findings and explain whether the concern qualifies for warranty service, whether additional evaluation is needed, or what other options may be available.
Our Goal Is to Make the Process Understandable From the First Conversation.
Our On-Site Service Facility
Dedicated to Dealership-Related Vehicle Care
Orozco Auto Sales maintains an on-site repair facility that supports our dealership's vehicle preparation, qualifying warranty work, and management-approved assistance.
Our facility is not operated as a general public repair shop for routine maintenance or unrelated customer repairs.
Service requests are evaluated based on the circumstances, applicable obligations, and facility availability.
What if Your Vehicle Is Unsafe to Drive?
Your Safety Comes First
If you experience a serious braking problem, steering concern, overheating condition, or another issue that may make the vehicle unsafe, stop driving when it is safe to do so.
Do not continue operating a vehicle that may present a safety risk.
Contact our dealership promptly to discuss the concern and appropriate next steps.
Towing, transportation, and related expenses are subject to applicable law, warranty terms, and any specifically approved arrangements.
Assistance Beyond the Warranty Period
The Warranty May Have an Expiration Date. Our Willingness to Listen Doesn't.
We understand that unexpected repairs can be difficult, especially when a customer depends on their vehicle every day.
Although warranty coverage has defined limits, we remain willing to listen when customers contact us about concerns that arise later.
Depending on the situation, management may consider:
-
Explaining possible repair options.
-
Providing general maintenance guidance.
-
Coordinating an evaluation when appropriate.
-
Considering a voluntary contribution toward an eligible repair.
-
Discussing other practical next steps.
This type of assistance is offered only when approved by management and is not guaranteed.
A voluntary repair contribution or other courtesy does not automatically extend the original warranty or create continuing coverage.
We Believe Respectful Communication Should Continue Beyond the Sale.
Your Role in Vehicle Care
Good Vehicle Ownership Is a Shared Responsibility
Customers play an important role in protecting their vehicles through proper use and maintenance.
We encourage every owner to:
-
Follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule.
-
Check engine oil, coolant, and other fluids as appropriate.
-
Maintain proper tire pressure and inspect tire condition.
-
Pay attention to dashboard warning lights.
-
Address unusual sounds or changes in performance promptly.
-
Avoid continued driving when a serious mechanical concern develops.
-
Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
Proper maintenance can help reduce preventable problems but cannot guarantee that a component will never fail.
Our Commitment to Customer Care
Every Concern Deserves a Respectful Conversation
At Orozco Auto Sales, we value the relationships we build with our customers.
We know that not every concern will qualify for warranty coverage, and not every request for voluntary assistance can be approved.
What we can offer is a clear process, an opportunity to explain your concern, and communication about the applicable options.
Our family-owned values guide how we serve customers, especially when a conversation involves an unexpected challenge.
Because Being Heard Matters, Even When the Answer Isn't Always the One You Hoped For.
